三芳胺聚西夫碱作为空穴输送层的有机发光器件的研制
The development of organic electroluminescence devices utilizing schiff as a hole transport layer
【摘要】 报导了利用自制的三芳胺聚西夫碱作为空穴输送层制成了有机电致发光器件。它的结构为阳极/ITO/schiff/Alq3/Al/阴极。空穴输送层和发光层的厚度均为60nm,发光频谱峰值在500nm附近,较Alq3的发光频谱峰值向短波方向有所移动。
【Abstract】 The organic electroluminescence device is fabricated utilizing schiff as a hole transport layer. The schiff is synthesized by ourselves. The structure of the luminescence device is anod/ITO/schiff/Alq,/Al/cathode. The thick of both schiff and Alq3 film is 60nm respectively. The peak wavelength of the photoluminescence spectrum of the device is 500nm, and shorter than that of Alq3.
