多目标遗传算法在甲醇合成优化中的应用
Application of Multi-objective Genetic Algorithm to Methanol Synthesis Optimization Process
【摘要】 针对甲醇合成优化中的多个目标函数 ,对多目标遗传算法进行了改进 ,引进了多个体交叉算子和种群间的变异算子 ,使用多目标权重因子解决了适应度函数的构造问题 ,不仅提高了算法本身的运行速度 ,而且在处理实际的多目标优化时 ,提供了较好的灵活度 ,在指导实际生产中表现出了良好的性能。
【Abstract】 For the purpose of improving the performance of methanol synthesis optimization process with multiple objective functions, the multi objective genetic algorithm is modified in this paper. Multi individual crossover operator and mutation operator among populations are introduced and multi objective weighing factor is used for solving problem of constructing adaptive functions, resulting faster running speed and better agility and showing good performance in its practical applications.
