【摘要】 研究了固体氧化物电解质膜反应器 ( Ag| YSZ| Ag)中甲烷氧化偶合动力学和外加电流对反应结果的影响 ,提出了该反应系统中甲烷偶合反应网络。用幂指数拟合实验数据 ,得出甲烷总消耗速率、生成 C2 烃和深度氧化速率的动力学方程式 ,并估算了动力学参数。用固体电解质电势分析法监测了反应过程中 Ag催化剂电极表面氧活度 ,结果表明 ,反应室中气相氧与 Ag催化剂电极上的氧并未形成热力学平衡 ,氧的吸附速率小于或接近催化剂电极上氧消耗速率。本实验条件下 ,外加电流 (电压 )并未显著影响甲烷的氧化偶合反应

【Abstract】 The oxidative coupling of methane and the effect of applied current on it were studied in a solid oxide electrolyte membrane reactor (Ag|YSZ|Ag). A reaction network was also proposed. The rates of methane consumption, C 2 hydrocarbon and CO 2 formations were presented in three equations and the kinetic parameters were also estimated. By using the technique of solid electrolyte potentiometry (SEP) to monitor the chemical potential of absorbed oxygen on Ag, the results indicate that equilibrium is not established between absorbed and gaseous oxygen during methane oxidation on polycrystalline silver. Applied potential can not enhance dramatically the formation rate of either C 2 hydrocarbon or CO 2.
