【摘要】 通过切削试验研究了PCBN刀具精密切削淬硬GCr15轴承钢时切削力的特征、锯齿形切屑的形态和刀具的磨损特征 ,从表面粗糙度、亚表层结构和残余应力的分布方面深入研究了PCBN刀具精密切削淬硬轴承钢的适应性 ,试验结果显示PCBN刀具应用于GCr15轴承钢的精密切削是可行的。更多还原

【Abstract】 Experiments are performed to investigate the cutting forces, saw tooth chip morphology and tool wear when turning hardened GCr15 bearing steel with PCBN tools. Furthermore, the adaptability of precision turning hardened bearing steel with PCBN tool is investigated based on surface roughness, subsurface microstructure and distribution of residual stress. The experimental results show that it is feasible to use precision hard turning process when superfinishing the hardened bearing steel with PCBN tool.更多还原
