【摘要】 以汞碾后的尾矿 (金品位为 2 7.0g/t)为试验样 ,在已研究成功的生物浸金制剂基础上 ,进行化学配合剂强化生物浸金剂的浸金性能研究。加入WH2 配合剂后使生物制剂用量从单独作用时的 70 %降为 1% (v/v) ;浸出时间由 72h缩短为 18h大大提高了浸金速度。在所选定的浸出条件下 ,该金矿样金的浸出率达到 93% ,而药剂总成本则降低了 80 %左右更多还原

【Abstract】 Using the treated amalgam as testing sample,on the basis of successful research of bio leaching agent of gold,the study on intensifying the performance of bio leaching agent of gold by adding chemical complexing agent was made.It showed from studying result that after adding the complexing agent WH 2,the consumption of bio leaching agent reduced from 70%(v/v) to 1%(v/v),leaching time reduced from 72h to 18h,in the process of gold leaching.Thus,the velocity of gold leaching raised greatly and the leaching rate of gold ore reached 93%,the general cost of reagent reduced by 80%.更多还原
