汉江枯水期藻类生长调查
Investigation on Proliferation of Algae in Hanjiang River During Low Water Period
【摘要】 目的了解汉江枯水期藻类生长情况。方法在汉江枯水期于宗关水厂段水深0.5m、1.0m和1.5m深处采水样进行藻类鉴定和计数。结果水温为19℃ ,硅藻门为优势藻 ,占72.38% ,其余为绿藻门 (13.35 %)、隐藻门(9.68% )、蓝藻门 (4.12 % ) ,藻类计数高达1.8×104 个/L ,同时发现不计其数的硅藻空壳。结论汉江枯水期藻类污染应引起充分重视 ,加强监测。
【Abstract】 Objective To understand the proliferation of algae in Hanjiang River during low water period. Methods Identification and counting of algae was carried out in water samples collected from the locations with a depths of 0.5 m, 1.0 m and 1.5 m under the surface of water in the section of Zongguan water plant of Hanjiang River during low water period. Results The temperature of water of Hanjiang River was 19 ℃. The dominant algae was Bacillariophyta with a constetuent ratio of 72.38%, others were Chlorophyta (13.35%), Cryptophyta (9.68%), Cyanophyta (4.12%). The algal count was 1.8×10 4/L. Out countless diatom shells were found also. Conclusion The water pollution by algae of water of Hanjiang River during low water period should be paid more attention to, and its monitoring should be strengthened.
