生物法降解低浓度含甲苯废气的研究
Study on the biodegradation of waste gas containing low concentration toluene
【摘要】 筛选出以甲苯为唯一碳源的高效降解甲苯的假单孢菌 Pseudm onassp.ZD5,并设计生物滤池装置 ,研究了温度为 10~50℃、相对湿度为 50 %~ 80 %、入口甲苯浓度为 10 0 0~ 4 50 0 m g/m3 、气流量为 0 .3~ 0 .7m3 /h的操作条件对甲苯降解率的影响 ,得出甲苯最高降解率为 89.7% ,表明此细菌降解低浓度甲苯废气有较好的效果
【Abstract】 The best strain which has the special ability to utilize toluene as a sole carbon source and strong ability to degrade toluene was screened, and the strain was identified as \%Pseudmonas\% sp.ZD5. The experiment was also carried out which treats low concentration gaseous toluene in the biofilter to find those factors affecting the rate of toluene degradation.The results showed that under the conditions of 10~50 ℃?relative humidity of 50%~80%?entry toluene concentration of 1 000~4 500 mg/m\+3 and gas flux at 0.3~0.7 m\+3/h , the maximum degradation rate was 89.7%.\;
