曝气生物滤池的工作性能与高度的关系
Relationship between performance of biological aerated filter and its height
【摘要】 研究了曝气生物滤池工作时水头损失、CODCr、NH+ 4— N、固体悬浮物 (SS)的去除率及 CODCr、NH+ 4—N的负荷与高度的关系。结果表明 :(1)最大 CODCr负荷、SS的主要截获和近 5 0 %的水头损失都出现在碳化柱的 0~ 1m区域 ,最大 NH+ 4— N负荷出现在碳化柱的 1~ 2 m区域 ;(2 )尽管在低负荷条件下 ,污染物的降解仅集中在部分区域 ,但一定的填料高度为曝气生物滤池的高负荷运行和抗冲击负荷提供了条件 ;(3 )根据水头损失的变化规律 ,滤池的下部设置污泥排放阀有利于降低反冲压力、气量和水量。
【Abstract】 The relationship between head loss, removal efficiency of COD\-\{Cr\}, NH\+-\-4\|N and suspension solid(SS), loading of COD\-\{Cr\} and NH\++\-4\|N and height are investigated for operating biological aerated filter. The results show: (1) Maximum loading of COD\-\{Cr\}, main capture of SS and almost 50 percent of head loss appear in range of 0~1 m of carbon aerated filter, maximum loading of NH\++\-4\|N appear in range of 1~2 m of bio\|nitrification filter; (2) Although biodegradation of pollutant only exists in part area of filter, a given height of packing provides a possibility that biological aerated filter normally operates in high loading and resists overloading; (3) Based on rule of head loss variation, placing valve of removing sludge of low part of filter is of benefit to lowing pressure, capacity of gas and water for back washing.\;
