【摘要】 介绍了薄膜型ns壁流探测器中使用的薄膜电阻片受强辐照后的各项测试结果及简要分析。并提出了防止载体薄膜断裂的改进方案。

【Abstract】 The film-mode resistor used for the wall-current monitor with the carrier of PET usually broke-down under the strong radiation in about a half year in the LINAC tunnel of NSRL. A survey of the reason was made and a new type film-mode resistor with ceramic carrier was developed. It’s lifetime can be expected to be a few years in the LINAC tunnel of NSRL.
