废大理石粉湿法烟气脱硫工艺实验

【摘要】 实验研究了废大理石粉作为脱硫剂的湿法烟气脱硫工艺 ,分析了其吸收SO2 的传质反应机理 .试验了不同液气比 (L/G)、吸收浆液 pH值和进气SO2 浓度等主要参数对脱硫率的影响 ,并对实验结果进行了分析 .结果表明 ,选择以下操作条件较为适宜 :pH0 =5 5~ 6 5 ,L/G =3L/m3,a =2 % ;以上工艺条件下 ,在进气SO2 浓度为1 0 0 0ml/m3时 ,脱硫率达 60 %以上 .本文还讨论了废大理石粉作为脱硫剂的工业应用前景

【Abstract】 The wet FGD process with waste marble was studied experimentally, and the mass transfer reaction mechanism was analyzed. Main parameters including liquid/gas ratio, pH value of the absorbent slurry and inlet SO 2 concentration, etc. affecting SO 2 removal efficiency were studied for the process. The results show that the suitable operating conditions were recommended as follows: pH 0=5 5~6 5, L/G=3L/m 3, a =2%; the sulfur dioxide removal efficiency can reach more than 60% when the inlet SO 2 concentration was 1000ml/m\+3.In addition, the industrial application potential for this process was discussed.
