光催化氧化法治理恶臭污染的工程应用
ENGINEERING APPLICATION OF TREATING ODOR POLLUTION BY PHOTOCATALYTIC OXIDATION PROCESS
【摘要】 应用光催化氧化法对 5 0 0 0 0m3 h饲料生产废气进行恶臭污染治理 ,具有工程投资少、运行费用省、废气停留时间短、高效稳定、反应彻底且无二次污染等特点。工程结果表明光催化氧化法对废气的预处理要求较高 ,除此之外运行效果还受到催化剂的固定方式的影响。在此指出如何更大程度增加催化剂的比表面积、提高其吸附作用和吸光效率从而增加催化活性 ,也是今后需研究的内容
【Abstract】 A photocatalytic oxidation process is adopted to treat the odor pollution of fodder-producing wastegas (50,000 m 3/h).This process features less investment,low running cost,short time of wastegas residence,high-efficiency and stability as well as without secondary pollution etc.The engineering result shows that the process has high demands on the preteatment of the wastegas,and that the running result is also affected by the fixing mode of a catalyst.What needs further research is how to enlarge the specific surface area of the catalyst,increase its adsorption and absorptivity,thus raise the activity of catalysts.
