从两种不同的评价观看教学评估结果的公布
A review of posting teaching evaluation from two different evaluation standpoints
【摘要】 奖惩性评估和发展性评估是两种截然不同的评价观。人们基于不同的评价观 ,对教学评估结果的公布和使用也有所不同。从我国高等教育具体情况出发 ,应以发展性评估理论为基础 ,结合不同学校的传统、特色 ,采用定量与定性、过程性与终结性、综合与单项相结合的评估方法 ,完善教学评估体系 ,促进教师的专业发展和教学质量的提高
【Abstract】 Rewards & punishment evaluation and developmental evaluation are two distinctive standpoints of evaluation. People tend to adopt different modes of posting and applying teaching evaluation result out of different evaluation standpoint. According to different traditions and features of individual schools. On the basis of developmental evaluation theory, educators should adopt the evaluation mode that combines both quantitative and qualitative evaluation, processive and final evaluation, comprehensive and singular evaluation to perfect the system of teaching evaluation, to promote teachers’ professional development and to improve the teaching quality.
