【摘要】 目的　探讨泛昔洛韦 (诺克 )与阿昔洛韦 (无环鸟苷 )治疗带状疱疹疗效并对两药的副作用进行比较。方法　将具有典型临床症状的带状疱疹 81例 ,随机分成 2组进行治疗观察、研究。并经统计学处理。结果　泛昔洛韦在治愈率及起效时间上均明显优于阿昔洛韦 (无环鸟苷 ) ,而且副作用小。结论　泛昔洛韦治疗带状疱疹临床疗效肯定 ,是值得在临床推广使用的新药。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the curative effect of norkovir and aciclovir in treatment of herpes zoster and compare the side effect of them.Methods The patients with characteristic clinical symptom of herpes zoster were randomly divided into 2 groups.The curative effect was observed and researched statistically.Results The curative rate and the time of starting effect of norkovir were obviously superior to that of aciclovir with little side-effect.Conclusion Norkovir has good clinical effect which is a new drug and worth popularing clinically.更多还原
