【摘要】 目的　观察补肾化瘀解毒法对 2型糖尿病肾病 (DN)的临床疗效。方法　对 78例 DN患者随机分为治疗组 39例及对照组 39例 ,采用饮食管理、降糖治疗 ,治疗组同时予以补肾化瘀解毒中药口服 2个月。结果　治疗组疗效优于对照组 (P<0 .0 1)。结论　补肾化瘀解毒法具有改善 DN患者临床症状、减少尿蛋白排泄、改善肾功能 ,以及延缓、控制 DN的自然进程 ,提高 DN患者的生活质量等综合作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To oberserve the clinic effect of bushenhuayujiedu on the type 2 diabetic nephropathy(DN).Methods 78 patients with DN were divided at random into control group(39 cases)and treatment group(39 cases).All patients were treated with dietary management and hypoglycemic therapy,while the treatment group administered with the traditional Chinese medicine of bushenhuayujiedu for 2 month.Results The clinic effect in treatment group were signifigantly superior to the control group.Conclusion The treatment of bushenhuayujiedu has comprehensive effect including inproving clinic symptoms of DN,redusing the excretion of urine protein,improving renal function and deleying or controling the natral precessing of DA and improving the life quality of the patients with DN.更多还原
