【摘要】 目的　分析白血病患者化疗前后血清 IL - 2、SIL - 2 R和 TNF-α含量的变化。方法　分别应用 MTT比色法 ,双抗体夹心法和放射免疫分析法对 42例白血病患者进行化疗前后血清 IL- 2、SIL- 2 R和 TNF- α含量检测 ,并与 30例正常健康人作对照。结果　白血病患者化疗前 IL - 2水平明显低于正常人 (P<0 .0 1) ,而 SIL - 2 R、TNF-α水平则显著地高于正常人 (P<0 .0 1) ,化疗后 6个月复发者 IL- 2、SIL- 2 R、TNF- α水平持续异常 ,未复发者 IL- 2、SIL- 2 R、TNF- α水平接近正常。结论　观察白血病患者的免疫功能的变化与白血病的发生及预后密切相关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the changes of serum IL-2,SIL-2R and TNF-α levels pre and post chemotherapy in patients with leukemia.Methods Levels of serum IL-2 were detected by MTT biochemical methods,SIL-2R by enzyme linked immunosobent assay(ELISA),TNF-α by radio-immunoasaay(RIA) in 42 cases of leukemia and 30 normal controls.Results In patients with leukemia before chemotherapy,the IL-2 activity was significantly lower than those in normal controls(P<0.01)while the SIL-2R and TNF levels were higher than those in normal controls(P<0.01).After fullowing-up for 6 months post chemotherapy the IL-2 activities remained lower and the SIL-2R and TNF-α levels higher in the patients with recurrence.The IL-2,SIL-2R and TNF-α levels closed to normal in the patients without recurrence.Conclusion The changes of immune function in patients with leukemia are closely related to the developement and prognosis of leukemia.更多还原
