【Abstract】 Objective To deepen one’s understanding on the traumatic retardant pleural effusion and to explore the machanism and therapy of the disease.Methods The changes of the disease condition and clinical manifestions of 7 patients with typical traumatic tetardant thoracic cavity effusion were analyzed.Results The retardant thoracic cavity effusion was closely related to the thorax injury,especially with ribs fracture.Conclusion The serious thorax injury easily results in the retardant thoracic cavity effusion.更多还原
