【摘要】 目的　探讨肺心病合并冠心病的诊断条件和处理特点。方法　总结 6 0例肺心病合并冠心病的临床表现、心电图、X线摄片、超声心动图以及治疗资料并进行分析。结果　肺心病出现典型心绞痛、心肌梗死 ,心电图左心导联动态缺血性改变、左前半或完全性左束支传导阻滞 ,反复出现左心衰竭伴有左心扩大者 ,应考虑合并冠心病 ,处理时要在常规治疗的基础上区别对待。结论　肺心病合并冠心病预后不好 ,鉴别诊断和不同的治疗重点非常重要更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the diagnostic condition and characteristics of treatment of cor pulmonale with with coronary heart disease.Methods Clinical manifestations of 60 cases of cor pulmonal with coronary heart disease were summarized.The data of electrocardiograph,roentgenogram,echocardiogram and treatment were analysed.Results Cor pulmonale with obvious angina pectoris,myocardial infarction,ischemic change in the left chest joint of electrocardiogram,the left front branch conduction block or the complete left bunch conduction block,and left heart failure with left heart extension was considered to be complicated with coronary heart disease.The disease should be treated with special consideration on the base of routine treatment.Conclusion The prognosis of cor pulmonale with cornary heart disease is not good.It is very important to distinguish the conditions and give different treatment.更多还原
