【摘要】 目的　观察异丙酚与阿托品混合液对人流患者呼吸循环的影响。方法　 12 0例早孕患者静注加有阿托品的异丙酚 2 mg/ kg诱导 ,术中以 6 mg· kg- 1 · h- 1 的速度维持 ,记录诱导前、诱导后、扩宫时以及术毕的 BP、HR、Sp O2 ,以及睫毛反射消失时间和苏醒时间。结果　患者术中血压变化较小 ,呼吸暂停的发生率较低。结论　异丙酚伍用阿托品用于静脉麻醉是较好的给药方案更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the effect of propofol combined atropine on cardiopulmonary function in patients with artificial abortion.Methods One hundred and twenty early pregnant women were induced with propofol (2 mg/kg)combined atropine and infused continuously at a rate of 6 mg·kg -1 ·h -1 during operation.Blood pressure,HR and SpO 2 were recorded before induction,after induction,during operation and after operation.The time of loss of eyelash reflex and revival time were recorded at the same times.Results Little change of Blood pressure and the low rate of apnea were found during operation.Conclusion The intravenous anesthesia with the combination of atropine and propofol is an optimal infusion regimen.更多还原
