【摘要】 目的　探讨心肌缺血预适应对心肌梗死近期预后的影响。方法　 96例患者按梗死前有无心肌缺血心绞痛史分为 A、B两组 ,A组有心肌缺血、心绞痛 ,B组没有心肌缺血、心绞痛。结果　 4周内心肌酶学峰值、心律失常、左心衰竭、休克、死亡率 A组均低于 B组 ,且差异有显著性 (P<0 .0 5或 P<0 .0 1)。结论　心肌缺血预适应可提高心肌持续性缺血的耐受力 ,保护心肌 ,降低并发症的发生 ,改善预后更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the influence of ischemic preconditioning on recent prognosis of myocardiac infarction.Methods Ninety six patients were divided into group A and group B.The patients in group A had myocardiac ischemic and angina pectoris before infarction but the patients in group B didn’t have.Results Within four weeks myocardiac enzymes peak,cardiac arrhythmia,left cardiac faulure,shock and death rate in group A were lower than those in group B,and the difference between group A and B were significant( P <0.05 or P <0.01).Conclusion Myocardiac ischemic preconditioning might increase myocardiac ischemic endurance,protect myocardium,reduce complications and improve prognosis.更多还原
