扎布耶盐湖冷冻后卤水常温蒸发(20℃)析盐规律
Study on the Crystallization Law of Salts form the Brine after Freezing through the Normal Temperature(20℃)Evaporation in Zabuye Salt Lake
【摘要】 文章以西藏扎布耶盐湖低温冷冻后卤水为研究对象 ,依据 2 5℃Na+、K+Cl- 、SO2 -4 、CO2 -3 五元介稳相图 ,研究了不同冷冻温度后的卤水在 2 0℃常温蒸发过程中盐类的析出规律 ,同时获得了卤水组成、体积及蒸发水量等的变化规律 ,为盐田规划设计、指导现场生产操作提供了依据
【Abstract】 The object of the experiment research is the brine after low-temperature freeze in Zabuye Salt Lake of Tibet Plateau.According to the quinary metastable phase diagram of 25℃Na +?K +Cl -?SO 2- 4?CO 2- 3,through the process of 20℃normal temperature evaporation,the crystallization law of salts from the brine after different freeze temperatures is studied.At the same time,the evolving rules of the brine composition,brine volume and evaporation rate are obtained.All these provide foundation for the programming and designing of salt fields and directing the production and operation on the spot.
