【摘要】 将连云港市放在我国首批沿海对外开放城市、淮海经济区其它城市和江苏经济的大环境中进行比较分析 ,指出“开放滞后”是制约连云港市社会经济发展的主要障碍 ,并从连云港市作为新亚欧大陆桥东桥头堡和我国首批沿海对外开放城市的角度 ,提出了实行“开放兴市”和实现社会经济跨越式发展的战略构想。更多还原

【Abstract】 Compared with the other cities firstly opened to the outside world, or those in the Economic Development Zone in the drainage of Huaihe River as well as those in the economic sphere of Jiangsu Province, the City of Lianyungang has lagged far behind in terms of its development of economy. It is pointed out in this paper that the main factor hindering its social and economic development is "opening stagnancy". Meanwhile, taking into account the important role that the city plays as the eastern terminal of the newly opened Euro Asian Continental Bridge and one of the cities firstly opened to the outside world, the paper formulates the developing strategy of "revitalizing the city by further opening up" and the leap and bound social and economic developing model.更多还原
