【摘要】 在对水利工程设计图档的专业和物理特性以及流转过程中的动态特性进行详细分析的基础上 ,为设计图档的流转建立了一个开放的体系结构 .将图档流转过程中对应的核心活动 :校对、校核、审查、审定以及设计再修改集中反映为对设计图档的“下载”和“提交” ,并且设计了相应的程序 .这一开放式体系大幅度降低了“管理系统”的设计和运行开销 ,而且不增加流转活动中工程设计人员的额外技术负担 ,优化了人机协调 ,并达到高度一致更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on the analysis of the dynamic characteristics of graphic documents in circulation in hydro project design, an open structure is developed for the circulation of graphic documents. In the structure, the project design procedure is classified into download and upload of graphic documents, and corresponding programs are developed. The open structure reduces the design contents of MIS and raises efficiency. In addition, it is unnecessary for the technical staff to know the new technique during the checking of the graphic documents designed on computers, and the cooperation between man and computer is well optimized.更多还原
