水工模型水位的自动控制优化算法
Optimized algorithm for automatic control of water level in hydraulic model experiments
【摘要】 在水工模型试验中 ,微机按照给定水位与实测水位的偏差来自动调节尾门的开启度 ,以达到控制水位的目的 .由于受控水位的滞后特性 ,常导致水位超调 ,严重影响了物理模型的稳定性 .针对水位控制中的这一问题 ,根据水位变化特点探讨水位控制的优化控制算法 ,提出PID控制与模糊控制相结合的控制方法 .实验证明 ,这种方法可使水位控制精度得到提高
【Abstract】 In hydraulic model experiments, a microcomputer automatically controls the opening of a tail gate according to the difference between the designed and calculated water levels, so as to control the water level. In consideration of the fact that the hysteresis of the controlled water level always leads to the over adjustment of water level, which seriously affects the stability of physical models, an optimized algorithm for automatic water level control, combining PID with the fuzzy control algorithm, is given based on the characteristics of water level variation. Experiments indicate that the algorithm can improve the precision of water level control.
