压电陶瓷作动器静、动态特性的实验研究
Experimental Research of Static and Dynamic Responses of Piezoelectric Ceramic Actuators
【摘要】 介绍了压电陶瓷作动器的静、动态特性及其测量方法和实际测量系统 .对逆压电效应型作动器的性能进行了实验研究 .实验结果表明其静态特性线性度好、重复精度高 ,在 5 0Hz以下的低频段 ,幅频特性平直 ,相频特性呈线性 .因此 ,逆压电效应型作动器适用于对线性度要求较高的精密控制场合 .
【Abstract】 The static and dynamic responses of piezoelectric ceramic actuators are introduced,and the measuring method and systems are also described.The responses of actuators made from antipiezoelectric ceramic material are experimentally studied.The linearity and repeatability of antipiezoelectric kind are very good.In low frequency range below 50Hz,the amplitude frequency curve is straight,the phase frequency curve is linear.The experiment results show that this kind of actuators can be used in precision linear controls.
