X52高频直缝焊管热影响区裂纹原因分析
Analysis on Heat Affected Zone Cracks of High-Frequency Longitudinal Welded Pipe with Grade X52
【摘要】 采用金相显微镜和扫描电镜检验 X5 2试验钢焊管裂纹断口和夹杂物形貌 ,并对夹杂物进行微区成分分析 ,确定了钢中存在大量密集分布的稀土硫化物和稀土硫氧化物层带状夹杂是形成裂纹的主要内在原因。
【Abstract】 Using metallographic microscope and electronic scanning to inspect cracks fracture and slag- inclusion of testing-steel welded pipe with grade X52, and analyzed slag - inclusion properties, confirming the reasons were that in amount of rare -earth su1fide density display and rare-earth oxidization lamination slag caused the cracks.
