塑料挤出温度模糊控制系统的开发研究
Analysis and Research on the Fuzzy Control System for Plastics Extrusion Temperature
【摘要】 介绍用于控制塑料挤出温度的模糊控制系统的开发 ,在硬件方面采用AT89C5 2为主控芯片 ,用带热电偶冷端补偿的专用芯片AD5 95进行信号放大 ,并用V/F变换器AD6 5 0与CD4 0 5 1配合 ,结合软件算法进行采样。按总结温度模糊控制规则得到的模糊控制表进行控制软件的开发与实现 ,整个系统具有体积小、成本低、功能强、智能化等特点
【Abstract】 In this paper,a new type of temperature control system for plastics extrusion,the fuzzy controller,is analyzed and researched.AT89C52 was used as mainly controlled chip and AD595 was used to magnify signal which collected from thermocouple with reference junction compensation.At the same time,AD650 and CD4051 was used for V/F transition and signal analysis.A fuzzy control tablet was acquired by summarizing temperature fuzzy control rules,and software was developed in according to the fuzzy control tablet.The system was characterized as little volume,low cost,powerful and intelligent.
