膨润土与碱反应的初步研究

【摘要】 将经焙烧与不经焙烧的膨润土与氢氧化钠反应,考察了反应时间和氢氧化钠浓度对膨润土中硅铝浸出的影响. 测定了不同焙烧温度和焙烧时间条件下膨润土与碳酸钠固相反应生成物中可溶性硅铝的含量,并通过热重分析实验对此固相反应进行了研究. 结果表明:接近碳酸钠熔点时固相反应最剧烈,膨润土中63.85%的SiO2和96.78%的Al2O3可被浸出转变为水溶性物质.

【Abstract】 Experiment on reaction of bentonite and calcined bentonite with sodium hydroxide was carried out, and the effects of reaction time and concentration of sodium hydroxide on the leached silicon and aluminium from bentonite were investigated. The dissoluble silicon and aluminium in the product from solid reaction of bentonite and sodium carbonate at different calcining temperatures and calcining time were determined. Chemical analysis and thermogravimetry show that the solid reaction of bentonite and sodium carbonate proceeds intensely at the temperatures close to the melting point of sodium carbonate, and 63.85%(w) of SiO2 and 96.78%(w) of Al2O3 in bentonite can be converted to water-soluble compounds.
