【摘要】 学生品德不良的矫正是一个长期的过程 ,在短期内很难取得明显的效果。探析了品德不良学生的成因 ,一般状况和心理特点 ,根据心理学规律 ,指出品德不良学生转化过程的三个阶段及矫正品德不良学生的一般途径和方法 :教师应该积极发动家庭、社会等各方面的力量去关心他们 ,帮助他们 ,充分发挥班集体的作用 ,使这些学生在正确的集体舆论下能得到较快的转变。更多还原

【Abstract】 Correction of inappropriate moral characters of college students is a time lasting process in which little progress can be made instantly. The authors have analyzed the formation and psychological characteristics of inappropriate moral characters, and proposed the three steps following which the inappropriate moral characters could be corrected. The authors suggest that teachers should coordinate with families and society in helping students correct their inappropriate moral characters.更多还原
