【摘要】 在我国 ,未成年人犯罪指已满 14周岁 ,不满 18周岁的人实施的犯罪。未成年人犯罪有主体的低龄化、犯罪手段的成人化等特点。未成年人犯罪 ,有社会、学校、家庭等方面的原因 ,建议家长采用适当的方法 ,教育未成年人时要宽严适度 ;学校尽力使适龄未成年人接受法制教育 ;完善社会保障制度 ,帮助无家可归的未成年人 ,以减少未成年人犯罪的发生更多还原

【Abstract】 Juvenile delinquency refers to crimes committed by people between 14 and 18years old in china. There are some features of it such as younger age and adult like methods. And possibly, there are several reasons from the family, school and society. This paper suggests that parents adopt suitable punishing ways, schools give more lessons on law, and society help more homeless adolescent in their lives and perfect social guarantee system.更多还原
