【Abstract】 By using the researching method of documentary materials and questionnaire, the study and analysis is made on the whole teachers’ age structure, professional title structure and levels of schooling records of 16 colleges and institutes in Shanxi. Based on the summary of experiences, this paper proposes that the basic thoughts and main measures of developing strategy of P.E. teachers in Shanxi province to promote the improvement of their levels as a whole.更多还原
