葡萄糖氧化酶及过氧化氢酶摇床发酵过程数学模型

【摘要】 研究了黑曲霉葡萄糖氧化酶及过氧化氢酶摇床发酵过程的动力学 ,建立了发酵过程菌体生长、基质消耗及酶合成的随时间变化的数学模型 .Logistic方程、Luedeking -Piret方程能够很好地分别描述黑曲霉细胞的生长和发酵产酶过程 .葡萄糖氧化酶及过氧化氢酶的发酵合成是生长耦联的 .此外 ,还建立了基质消耗动力学模型 .并将 3个动力学模型的预测值和实验值进行了比较

【Abstract】 Many papers have described the optimization of cultural conditions for the simultaneous production of glucose oxidase and catalase by fungi.However,to our knowledge, no investigations have been carried out on the kinetic models.Mathematical models of simultaneous production of glucose oxidase and catalase by Aspergillus niger in Erlenmeyer flask were investigated.The kinetic models of cell growth, enzyme production and substrate consumption were proposed.Logistic model for growth,the Luedeking-Piret equation for enzyme production and the Luedeking-Piret-like equation for glucose consumption were in good agreement with the experimental results.The kinetic models appeared to provide a reasonable description for each parameter in the fermentation.The production of both enzymes is growth-associated.
