杂卤石中钾的提取工艺
Study on extracting method of potassium from polyhalide
【摘要】 以四川渠县农乐杂卤石为原料 ,进行溶浸实验 ,并确定了最佳溶浸条件。实验表明 :当溶浸剂质量分数为5 %,固液比为 1∶4,在温度为 40℃条件下 ,溶浸 10h ,钾的浸出率可达 95 %以上。通过蒸发实验考察了溶浸液中钾的收率及钙、镁的去除率。并提出了从杂卤石中提取K2 SO4的工艺方法 ,为我国深层杂卤石矿资源的开发利用提出了一条新的途径。
【Abstract】 In this paper, the raw material is polyhalide and the lixiviant is RJ1.The optimal conditions of the process of lixiviating were ascertained,including concentration of the lixiviant 5%, proportions of solid to liquid 1∶4, temperature 40℃, reactive time 10h.Under the optimal conditions, the experiment results show that the extraction rate of potassium could be morn than 95%. The recovery of potassium and removing rate of calcium and magnesium are reviewed by evaporation. The technology of extracting K 2SO 4 from polyhalide was obtained by the experiment.
