【Abstract】 Utilizing xeno-cells is a focus of metabolic tissue engineering,but the immune repulsion is a restricted factor.The undesirable response is eliminated by cell microencapsulation.The mechanical and electrostatic technologies of preparing cell micorcapsulaes are introduced in the article.We also describe the cell therapy by cell microencapsulation in artificial pancreas islet,liver,kidney,and so on.The prospect of cell microcapusles is forecast in life science field.更多还原
