稀土固体超强酸TiO2/Re3+/SO42-催化合成富马酸二甲酯的研究
Synthesis of Dimethyl Fumarate by Rare Earth Solid Superacid TiO2/ Re3+/ SO42-
【摘要】 制备了一系列稀土固体超强酸用于合成富马酸二甲酯。探讨了不同稀土元素、原料配比、反应时间及催化剂用量对富马酸二甲酯收率的影响,并利用了正交试验确定了最佳工艺条件,在此条件下,富马酸二甲酯的收率可达91.2%。研究结果表明,稀土固体超强酸具有很高的催化性能和稳定的催化活性。
【Abstract】 A series of rare earth solid superacid were prepared and used for synthesizing dimethyl fumarate(DMF). Effects of rare earth catalyst、raw material ratio、reaction time and amount of catalyst on the yield of DMF were investigated. By orthogonal test, the best conditions for preparation of DMF were determined, and under the conditions, yield of DMF reaches 91.2% .The results show that rare earth solid superacid catalysts have high catalyst activity and stabilization.
