【Abstract】 In this paper, an analysis method for the determination of Dujunke Bactericide by HPLC using benzoic acid methyl ester as internal standard is introduced. The HPLC conditions are Hypersil ODS C18 column (5 um, 30 cm × 4.6 mmi.d), a mixture of V (MeOH):V (Water) =68:32 as mobile phase, the flow rate is 1.0 mL/min, the UV - detector was set at 210 nm. The RSD of moroxydine and Methylthiophanate are 0.16% and 0.94% , the coefficient of linear correlation are 0.998 9 and 0.999 6, the average recovery are 97.0% and 98.2% respectively.更多还原
