糠醛气相常压加氢制糠醇
Furfuryl Alcohol from Furfural by Hydrogenation under Atmospheric pressure
【摘要】 利用固定床连续反应装置,研究了铜系催化剂对糠醛加氢制糠醇的催化性能。通过对众多的催化剂的筛选,得到了一种无毒、高效的加氢Cu-Zn系催化剂,考察了反应条件对催化性能的影响。XRD测试表明,活性组分为Cu~0;研究发现,失活是由于表面覆盖了聚合物的缘故。
【Abstract】 A series of Cu catalysts for hydrogenation of furfural to furfuryl alcohol under normal pressure have been studied in a fixed-bed flow reactor. A non-toxic and highly selective Cu-Zn catalyst has been found. The effects of reaction conditions on the catalytic activity are examined and a yield of furfuryl alcohol as high as 97 % is obtained. Results of XRD show that the active part of the catalyst is Cu0. The reason for deactivation is that polymer covered the catalyst surface.
