水杨酸异戊酯合成新工艺的研究
Catalytic Synthsis of iso-Amyl Salicylate by Sodium Bisulfate
【摘要】 介绍了以水杨酸和异戊醇为原料、硫酸氢钠为催化剂合成水杨酸异戊酯的技术,探讨了酯化反应的条件,得出当水杨酸、异戊醇、硫酸氢钠的摩尔比为1∶5∶0.24时,反应4h,收率达到92.3%的结论。
【Abstract】 iso-amyl salicylate was synthesized fr om salicyclic acid and iso-amyl alcohol using sodium bisulfate as catalyst.The reaction condition s were discussed in this paper.The yield of the ester could reach 92.3%under amount of moler ratio of salicyclic a cid.The mole rotio of iso-amyl alcohol and sodium bisulfate was 1.5:0.24,and refluxing time was 4hours.
