三塔精馏装置的应用
Application of Rectification Unit with 3 Columns
【摘要】 介绍三塔精馏甲醇装置的工艺流程、主要设备和系统存在的问题。总结了加压塔和常压塔的操作经验。对如何降低产品酸度和废水超标等问题进行了分析 ,并提出了可行的解决办法
【Abstract】 The process flow , main equipment and existing problems in the system of methanol unit purified by 3 columns are introduced and the operation experience of pressurized column and atmospheric column is summarized. Problems concerning the decrease of product acidity and unqualified merits of wastewater etc are analyzed and the practicable solution method is also presented.
