【Abstract】 While seeking the maximization of economic develop- ment target, the key problem, with which the world is facing, is the "energy-saving" and "environment protection", through the analysis and calculation of low pressure steam charcteristic, the author tries to indicate that the "energy-saving" does not definitively means the high level energy-saving, and also does not means to adopt "high science and technique" measures.更多还原
