【摘要】 合肥工业大学在教学管理改革中进行了学生选教的试点工作 ,一方面探索教学管理工作中的激励机制 ,另一方面对向学分制迈进的可行性进行了有益探索。作者对 1999级学生选教工作的意义、存在问题进行了分析 ,指出学生选教工作作为教学改革的新气象 ,是大势所趋 ,势在必行 ,要继续坚持并大力推广 ,并提出了进一步开展工作的建议更多还原

【Abstract】 To select teachers by students is an experimental work which is being carried in our school as a reform in the form of teaching administration. On the one hand, it explores the incentive mechanism in the teaching administration. On the other hand it also makes some useful exploration in the feasibility for tending to adopt the credit system. The authors analyze the significance and the problems of selecting teachers, then put forward some suggestions on how to carry out this work further. At last, the authors point out that the work of students’ selecting teachers is a new thing in the reform of teaching and it is the imperative general trend to persist and spread it vigorously.更多还原
