【摘要】 针对高校图书馆开架借阅方式分析其优势和实际应用中存在的问题 ,提出了加强管理 ,加大宣传教育力度 ,提高人员素质 ,健全规章制度 ,提高服务质量 ,加强与读者联系 ,分析读者心理 ,工作人员做到“四勤”等具体措施 ,以进一步完善开架借阅方式 ,使其走上健康发展的轨道更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper analyzes some advantages and problems of open shelves for lending and reading in practice.
