【摘要】 简要概括了长江中下游地区成矿地质背景和矿产资源远景的研究成果 ,粗略估计了进入新世纪区域矿产资源保证程度 ,初步分析了本地区矿产资源勘查开发利用中存在的问题 ,诸如资源战略意识、矿业发展的人力和财力投放、专业科技人才的培训、资源的消耗和浪费、矿山环境的控制、改善和保护等 ,并根据市场经济条件下矿产资源勘察开发利用的特点和矿产资源本身的特点 ,探索性地提出了长江中下游区域矿产资源勘察开发利用的战略对策更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper summarizes briefly the research achievements of the ore forming geological background and the prospective reserve of the mineral resources in the middle and lower Yangtze River, estimates roughly the guarantee level of the regional mineral resources in the new century, researches tentatively the present problems in the mineral resources prospecting, exploiting and utilizing such as strategic consciousness for resources, manpower and funds for developing mining industry, training of qualified scientists and technicians, consumption and waste of resources, mine environment control, improvement and protection, and so on, and puts forward the strategic countermeasures on the mineral resources prospecting, exploiting and utilizing in the middle and lower Yangtze River according to the characteristics of the mineral resources under the conditions of market economy.更多还原
