【摘要】 在项目建设整个过程中 ,前期工作是项目决策的关键阶段 ,其工作质量直接影响项目的决策水平和项目功能定位及目标的实现 ,对项目建成后的功能和效益发挥产生直接影响。项目前期工作涉及内容较多 ,对其进行全面分析研究是必要的。但在进行前期工作时也应学会抓主要矛盾 ,对所研究的问题要有所侧重。文章就前期工作中的市场分析预测、工艺技术和工程方案选择、投资和效益分析等方面需重点研究的问题进行了一些探讨更多还原

【Abstract】 The early stage work in the whole process of the project construction is the key stage of the project decision. It affects directly the decision, project function and accomplishment of objectives, and post project function and benefits as well. The early stage work includes a lot of contents which is necessary to be comprehensively analyzed. Some problems analyzed should be attached importance to during the early stage work. The thesis is probing into the focal problems, such as researches on market analysis and estimation, technology, project scheme selection, investment and benefits analysis.更多还原
