钢渣在沥青路面基层中的应用
Study of the practicability of steel slag used for the base course of asphalt pavement
【摘要】 随着钢铁工业和公路建设的蓬勃发展,钢渣的利用率不断提高。文章通过研究钢渣的化学成分、力学性能和稳定性能,分析钢渣膨胀的原因以及减少膨胀的方法。根据沥青路面基层对石料的基本要求,探讨安徽马鞍山钢铁厂所废弃的旧钢渣用于修建沥青路面基层的技术可行性。研究表明,具有一定级配、一定活性(游离氧化钙含量)的钢渣混合料压实后可自行板结成整体,这种钢渣混合料的CBR值可达到标准值的250%~400%,浸水膨胀率也较小,尤其是配合比为碎石(16~19mm)∶粗钢渣(>10mm)∶细钢渣(<10mm)=1∶7∶2的混合料可以用于修建沥青路面基层。
【Abstract】 With the development of iron and steel industry and highway building, steel slag is used for road constructionmaterial gradually. In this paper,the relations of chemical compositions and stability of the steel slag,the physical characters and the force of different kinds of steel slag are studied in order to reduce dilatability. Based on the requirement of the base course of asphalt pavement in macadam, the feasibility of utilizing the steel slag from Maanshan Iron and Steel Company to construct the base course of asphalt pavement is investigated. It is shown that while the steel slag gradation is so good that the steel slag can be compacted and integrated, its California bearing ratio(CBR) can reach to 250% ~ 400% in comparison with the standard ratio. Especially, when the mixture ratio of macadam, coarse steel slag and fine steel slag is 1∶7∶2,the mixture is an excellent aggregate used for the base course of asphalt pavement.
