钢管整体关联消磁技术

【摘要】 在钢管无损检测中 ,常常利用钢管的磁异常现象进行缺陷检测。检测前 ,首先对钢管磁化 ,然后再进行检测 ,但是 ,磁化后的钢管会有剩磁 ,这种剩磁不但给后继加工 (如螺纹加工、焊接 )、安装及使用造成不便 ,也会影响仪器设备的正常工作 ,所以 ,检测后的钢管必须进行消磁处理。常规消磁技术效果差 ,不能满足实际需要 ,故提出一种新的消磁技术 ,即整体关联消磁技术 ,该技术把消磁与磁化统一起来 ,利用磁体的特性与磁感应强度的矢量特性进行消磁 ,实际使用证明 ,该技术设备简单、功耗低 ,消磁效果好

【Abstract】 In the steel tube nondestructive inspection by using magnetic technique,the steel tube needs to be magnetized,thus the magnetized steel tube has remanence. This remanence will influence the subsequent processing and installation of the tube,the instruments′precision and the normal working of the equipment. So the inspected steel tube needs to be demagnetized. But the common demagnetization technique does not work well. In this paper, the integral and related demagnetizing technique is proposed. This technique is based on vectorial resultant of magnetic induction, and the original disorder state of magnetic domain need not be restored,so the magnetizing and demagnetizing course of the steel tube is consolidated. Practical application of the technique proves that the equipment is simple,the power consumption is low,and the demagnetization result is satisfying.
