基于层次模型的装配顺序规划
Assembly sequence planning based on the hierarchical model
【摘要】 采用装配结构层次分解法和装配结点内单元割集法相结合的方法 ,通过对产品装配结构设计内在隐含的约束关系的分析研究 ,根据装配特征 ,建立装配单元匹配优先关系 ,确定其装配方向。递归生成既表达装配结构 ,又描述装配工艺过程的二叉树模型 ,作为后续的可装配性评价的基础
【Abstract】 In this paper, a specific algorithm for assembly sequence planning is described. The main merit of the algorithm is the combination of the assembly unit cutset and hierarchical unit division. The assembly sequence priority rules are set up to decide assembly directions according to assembly features. Finally, a binary tree model that describes both the assembly structure and the assembly process is generated recursively.
