新型高齿同步带载荷特性的分析研究
Loading characteristics of new-type high-tooth timing belt
【摘要】 同步带传动是通过带齿与轮齿的啮合传递运动和动力 ;新型高齿同步带通过优化带齿最佳几何参数 ,改善带齿受力状态以便提高同步带承载能力 .为了验证新型高齿同步带齿形设计参数的正确性 ,利用非线性有限元法 ,在充分考虑带齿几何非线性和材料非线性的基础上 ,对带齿工作过程中的受力状态进行了分析 ,获得了带齿受载分布规律和最大应力作用位置及数值 ,为带齿的失效形式分析提供了理论依据 .计算结果表明 ,新型高齿同步带的受载状态得到了极大改善
【Abstract】 Motion and power are transmitted by the teeth of the belt and the pulley in the timing belt transmission. For a new type high tooth timing belt, the improvement of loading capability is realized by the optimization of teeth profile parameters. In order to test the optimal parameters of belt teeth, a non linear FEM is applied to the analysis of belt teeth working process, and geometric and material nonlinearities are considered. The stress distribution of belt teeth and the position and the value of the maximal stress are obtained from the calculation, and these results can be taken as the theoretical basis of the analysis of the failure mode of belt tooth.
