分子内质子转移化合物的合成及荧光性能研究
Synthesis of intramolecular proton transfer compounds and their fluorescent properties
【摘要】 以邻氨基苯甲酸为原料 ,经过与取代苯磺酰氯的缩合闭环反应 ,合成了 5个 2 (2′ 苯磺酰氨基苯基 ) 4H 3,1 苯并恶嗪 4 酮衍生物 ,通过质谱、核磁共振、红外、元素分析表征了它们的结构 .这些化合物固体在紫外光的激发下发出强烈的黄绿色荧光 ,但在溶液中却没有荧光 .给出了它们的紫外和荧光光谱数据 ,并讨论了取代基效应对化合物荧光性能的影响 .
【Abstract】 Intramolecular proton transfer compounds are colorless or light color in the day light, but they can be excited to intramolecularly transfer proton by UV light, remitting strong visiable fluorescence. Therefore, they can be used as fluorescence marking materials. Five 2-(2′-Benzenesul-fonamidophenyl)-4H-3,1-benzoxazin-4-one derivatives were synthesized via cyclizing o-aminobenzoic acid with various benzenesulfonyl chloride. Their structures have been identified by MS, 1H-NMR, IR and Element Analysis. These compounds emit strong yellowish green fluorescence in solid state but no fluorescence in most solvent under UV light. Their UV and FL spectra were given and the effects of substituents on the fluorescent properties of the compounds were discussed.
