【Abstract】 In the environment of perfecting the Law construction , President Jiang Ze min puts forward the theory of governing our country with ethic. This theory is the further perfection and development of strategies of governing our country . The idea discusses law control and ethic control in higher position of governing strategies. It empasizes the interaction promotion of the two elements . My thesis tries to demonstrate the contents of such strategies from the point of necessity and realization of close combination of law control and ethic control.
