【摘要】 我国破产制度自确立至今 ,取得了一定的功效 ,但也逐渐暴露出其自身的若干缺陷 ,实施结果与确立该制度的初衷悖离较远。本文在对我国现阶段破产制度存在的若干缺陷进行剖析的基础上 ,提出完善该制度的几点建议 ,以期完善破产立法 ,推进破产制度的实施更多还原

【Abstract】 Bankruptcy System has played an important role since it was formulated, but we should pay attention to some defects of its own. The results of this system goes far away from the original intention.
